Message	Turn the key and listen by the rear tire. You should hear it buzz in the tank. If you don't, then it's likely it is seized up. Another test you can do is pull the hose at the fuel filter and direct it into a container. Then turn the key, if it pumps out then you've got fuel to the injectors as long as the fuel filter isn't plugged up.
